Low Carrs Country Park was the first park to be acquired by the Maguire family in 1981.

It is a fully residential mature park, and benefits from a unique location, being ‘in the country’, but just a stones throw away from Durham City.The residents of the Low Carrs consist of retired or semi retired people and it is close knit, caring community. It is a very pretty and peaceful, and as most residents take great pride in their gardens, the park is bursting with colour during the spring and summer months.One of the many benefits of living at Low Carrs is the secure environment it provides.
